The digital transformation of civil justice in the Autonomous Region of Sardinia

Lattanzio KIBS is partnering with the Autonomous Region of Sardinia on a strategic project aimed at digitising voluntary jurisdiction court files, with the goal of streamlining civil procedures, improving the internal efficiency of court offices, and ensuring more equitable access to justice services, especially in geographically remote areas.

The initiative is part of a broader interregional plan shared with the Region of Emilia-Romagna, designed to promote the adoption of the digital civil trial and the dematerialisation of judicial documents.
