Supporting the digital transformation of training, guidance and employment services
The Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region has launched a strategic project under the 2021-2027 Development and Cohesion Agreement, financed by the European Social Fund Plus, to support the digital transformation of its training, guidance and employment services. Specifically, it stems from the need to adapt the training offer to market developments, promote guidance services, and ensure equal opportunities for access to technology.
Lattanzio KIBS supports the Central Directorate for Employment, Training, Education and Family with a strategic consulting service, helping to define a sustainable, people-oriented path of innovation.
The process is already underway
Field engagement activities are already in progress: following an initial round of interviews with regional officials, the first focus groups were held in July, also open to other organisations in the guidance, training and employment sectors, such as employment centres and vocational training bodies. The aim is to gather, through direct dialogue with those working on the ground every day, a shared picture of the strengths and critical issues in regional services, providing a basis for identifying the most useful and concrete digital innovation priorities.
This is a process that will continue over the coming months with an online survey aimed at a wider audience, working towards the definition of the services modernisation strategy.
