Building relationships, sparking interest, and sharing what it truly means to work in consulting today. In this spirit, Lattanzio KIBS participated as Main Sponsor of the second edition of Next JEn Consulting, reaffirming its commitment to engaging with the next generation.

This commitment was underscored at the opening by Ezio Lattanzio, who highlighted the strategic importance of young people in consulting:"Young people are increasingly at the heart of everything we do."

A team of junior consultants led workshops, interactive panels, interviews, and direct engagement sessions with students, sharing real-world experiences, challenges, and opportunities in the consulting profession.

The dialogue was made even more tangible through YOUTHINKPA, Lattanzio KIBS's Benefit initiative dedicated to involving young generations in public sector innovation.

An intergenerational event to imagine the future of consulting

Next JEn Consulting is Italy's first intergenerational event dedicated to the future of consulting, co-organised by Assoconsult - the Confindustria association representing the leading consulting firms operating in Italy - and JE Italy, the national confederation of Junior Enterprises, engaging nearly 2,000 students across 36 universities.

Two packed days of meetings, inspirational talks, intergenerational panels, live podcasts, a company fair, and speed networking sessions gave students, young entrepreneurs, and consulting firms the opportunity to engage directly on the changes transforming the industry.
