USD 342,000 to turn vulnerability into opportunity

Across West and Central Africa, millions of displaced people live on the margins of the formal economy - not for lack of capacity, but for lack of data, analysis, and tools capable of guiding public decision-makers and private investors towards sustainable solutions. This is the gap that the UNHCR Regional Bureau for West and Central Africa has chosen to address, commissioning Lattanzio KIBS to carry out a comprehensive multi-country sectoral assessment, launched in February 2026 and spanning six months.

The project focuses on three high-potential sectors - agriculture, renewable energy, and digital services . across the four target countries. Through an integrated methodology and a context-sensitive approach, the assessment enables structured dialogue with the private sector and supports investment decision-making in crisis-affected contexts.
