Lattanzio KIBS supports Consorzio QUINN in the development of digital learning content within the DEH_Edvance project, aimed at strengthening the skills of university lecturers

Within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), under Mission 4 “Education and Research”, funded by the European Union - Next Generation EU, the project DEH_Edvance - Digital Education Hub Higher Education was launched. In response to the growing need to integrate digital methodologies, blended environments and technological tools into teaching practices, the project aims to bridge the gap between digital evolution and traditional teaching approaches, strengthening the quality and innovation of higher education through the development of advanced competencies among lecturers. The initiative is part of a strategic investment designed to enhance higher education provision and support the digital transformation of the education system.

More details

Lattanzio KIBS is responsible for the development and production of digital learning content, including 20 short training video modules (approximately 10 minutes each), designed to deliver knowledge in a clear, accessible and immediately applicable way. This is complemented by the post-production of 16 training webinars, converted into asynchronous formats to ensure flexible and scalable access over time.

The materials are integrated into the Moodle platform, contributing to the creation of a coherent and easily accessible digital learning environment for the lecturers involved. Overall, Lattanzio KIBS’ intervention covers four learning pathways addressing key competencies for digital teaching: from pedagogical design to communication effectiveness, from the use of technological tools to the development of transversal skills, with an approach focused on innovation and experimentation.

Project Impact

Lattanzio KIBS’ contribution strengthens the quality and effectiveness of the Digital Education Hub’s learning offer, enabling more flexible, inclusive and scalable learning models. Through structured and accessible content, the project supports lecturers in developing practical competencies and in designing advanced digital learning experiences.

More broadly, it contributes to fostering a culture of innovation in higher education, promoting continuous improvement and professional development. In this sense, the project represents a strategic step in the digital transformation of the education system, with long-term benefits in terms of teaching quality and accessibility of learning.
